✨ Artisan Candy, Reimagined
Each crystal is handmade in small batches using a centuries-old Japanese confectionery technique known as kohakutou—a vegan-friendly candy crafted from agar (a seaweed-based gelatin alternative), organic cane sugar, and natural flavorings. The result? A gemstone-like treat with a delicate, glassy crunch and a soft, jelly-like center that melts on the tongue.
Unlike gummies or hard candy, kohakutou offers a one-of-a-kind texture—like Turkish delight dressed in a crisp sugar shell. Let them air-dry a few days, and you’ll unlock an even deeper, more satisfying crunch.
🌟 What’s Inside
Each Treasure Box includes 10–15 sparkling pieces in an ever-changing assortment of shapes, sizes, and textures. You might discover:
🌸 Delicate Crystal Flowers
💖 Large Gemstone Hearts
🔹 Hand-Cut Crystal Shards
🍬 Crystal Bon-Bons (sometimes filled with gushers or dried fruit)
✨ Crunchy Clusters
💠 Thin, Glassy Shards
💎 Shaped Candy Jewels
Plus—each box includes a bonus jar of Sour Power: a tangy citrus sugar dip for an extra flavor kick.

✔️ Handmade, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free (unless otherwise noted)
✔️ No artificial dyes or preservatives
✔️ Each piece is unique—no two boxes are alike

🍋 Flavor Profile
Expect a rotating mix of seasonal flavors: bright fruits like watermelon, mango, and citrus; creamy profiles like vanilla bean, lemon cream, and coconut; or playful twists balancing sweet and tart. Every bite is a surprise—crafted to keep your taste buds curious and delighted.
🍵 Rooted in Tradition, Reinvented for Today
Once a centerpiece of Japanese tea ceremonies and celebrations, kohakutou has been cherished for centuries for both beauty and taste. At Crunch Crystals, we honor that tradition—while reimagining it with bold flavors, modern artistry, and an unapologetically magical aesthetic.
