Shipping Policy & Edible Product Disclaimer – Crunch Crystals

At Crunch Crystals, we handcraft every order with care to ensure your candy arrives fresh, beautiful, and ready to enjoy. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, and what to expect during transit, as well as important information about our edible products.

Processing Time

  • All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or product restocks.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method

  • All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Crunch Crystals is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by USPS.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Warm Weather Shipping

  • Crystal candy can be sensitive to extreme heat. During warmer months, we recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.

  • Crunch Crystals is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, including melting, if the package is left outside or in a mailbox for an extended period.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Crunch Crystals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply to reship.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is considered fulfilled, and Crunch Crystals is not responsible for loss or theft.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@crunchcrystals.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review and provide a resolution where appropriate.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

Edible Product Disclaimer

By purchasing edible products from Crunch Crystals, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Allergen Notice

    • Our candies are made in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, coconut, and dairy.

    • Full ingredient lists are provided on product pages; however, cross-contact with allergens may occur.

  2. Consumption Timeline

    • For best taste and texture, consume crystal candy within the recommended time frame listed on each product page.

    • Filled candies have a shorter shelf life and should be enjoyed within 2 weeks of delivery.

  3. Storage

    • Store candy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

    • Do not refrigerate unless specifically stated in the product care instructions.

  4. No Medical Claims

    • Crunch Crystals products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  5. Responsibility After Delivery

    • Once your order is delivered to the address provided, Crunch Crystals is not responsible for improper storage, mishandling, or consumption of the product.
