What I discovered was Kohakutou—a traditional Japanese candy made from agar, water, and sugar. It had a delicate crunch on the outside, a soft jelly-like center on the inside, and an otherworldly look that felt like edible alchemy.
That moment sparked something in me. I began the quest for the crystal candy of my dreams—one that didn’t just look magical, but tasted magical too.
I became determined to create the ultimate crystal candy—something as bold in flavor as it was dazzling in design. What followed was an obsessive, candy-coated experiment: batches that were too hard, too soft, too weird (in all the wrong ways)… and then finally, the breakthrough.

Since then, I’ve been on a mission to make crystal candy that tastes as magical as it looks. I handcraft every batch with imagination, intention, and just a touch of whimsy.
